I'm Sebastian, a 39-year-old software engineer from Germany. I've been in the traffic space for years and safelist marketing has always been part of my strategy — but the manual grind kept getting in the way of actually using it effectively.
SafelistPilot started as a personal project. Safelist management, promo code tracking, swipe library — tools I needed myself. When I realised other marketers were fighting the same battles, it made sense to open it up.
This isn't a faceless SaaS. It's a tool I use every week, built by someone who understands exactly what you're dealing with.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SafelistPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SafelistPilot is a productivity tool that assists users in managing safelist marketing, email campaigns, and credit tracking. The Service does not send emails on your behalf without your explicit instruction.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of SafelistPilot complies with the terms of service of any third-party safelist websites you interact with through the tool. SafelistPilot provides automation assistance only — you remain responsible for all actions taken on third-party sites.
4. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability of third-party sites, or continuity of any bonus offers advertised by third-party safelist operators.
5. Limitation of Liability
SafelistPilot and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or inability to access third-party safelist sites.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

2. Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the Service: your name, email address, and username as entered in the credentials bar. Passwords are never stored on our servers — they are entered directly into third-party signup forms by you.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your credentials are used solely to autofill safelist registration forms during your session. Safelist progress and swipe emails are stored server-side to enable cross-session continuity.
4. Data Retention
Session data is retained for up to 30 days of inactivity, then automatically deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. Contact info@safelistpilot.com to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA).
6. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to maintain your login state. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
